Transition to Serial Format

We’re transitioning to a volume-based serial publishing format!

What does this mean for you?

In practice, it means that books will likely be shorter (think 40-50k instead of 80-120k) but much more frequent. Books will still be in eBook format and sold through eBook retailers like Amazon.

Why?

Because frankly, the current system was just not working out for a number of reasons. Maybe I’ll make a blog post about it at some point because the answer has a lot to do with what kind of books I’m writing and where they pull their influence from (BL and webnovels). TL;DR I was trying to fit my stories into a format that they just fundamentally don’t want to be in.

Practically, this means I’ll be able to share volumes as I finish individual story arcs instead of dropping chonks of novels once every million years. I think that was probably frustrating for all of us! Hopefully this means you won’t have to wait so long to find out what happens next in some of the series you’re following.

Content Notes

I have plans to add them! But… I have written quite a lot of books, and it’s been some time since I’ve written some of them. I don’t actually remember exactly what is in some of them, so you’re gonna have to wait a sec on this one.
